 Through workshops, innovative implementation strategies, and choreography Precision strives to bring artistry back to gymnastics.  

Dance Complex Construction:
This service typically involves meeting with the coaching staff and athletes to discover major issues and areas of interest within a given group.  The complex is then designed to benefit you athletes' specific needs.  Music is created for your complex and provided in CD form.

•    Service A:  Music and Provision of Custom Complex to Staff (in person)

•    Service B:  Music, Provision of Complex to Staff, Teaching and Reviewing of
Complex to Athletes (in person)

•    Service C:  Music, Provision of Complex to Staff, Teaching and Reviewing of
Complex to Athletes, 1 touch-up, Unlimited phone or email Consultation (in person and via phone, internet, video, mail)

•    Service D:  Provision of DVD of Standard Routines (as seen at Congress) and
                              Music (No prior meeting, via internet, phone, video, mail)

Incorporating Dance into Warm-Ups:
Precision will incorporate dance into your existing warm-up or create a custom warm-up with dance incorporation for you.

•    Service A: Precision will view a video of your existing warm-up and send dance incorporation ideas (via internet, video, mail)

•    Service B: Precision will work with you coaches and athletes to incorporate dance into your existing warm-up routine (in person)

•    Service C: Precision will create and teach a custom warm-up including dance incorporation to coaches and athletes (in person)

Coach Training & Consultation:
Teaching coaches how to breakdown the presentation concepts (or any of the WORKSHOP TOPICS listed below) as well as advising on how to implement them within your given program.


Choreography:
Floor and Balance Beam choreography. Music selection can be provided by client or Precision can direct you to a composer (Larry Castle a.k.a. Music Tailor or Justin Rayna).  Sessions are approximately 2 ½ hours or until both choreographer and gymnast feel appropriate.   Choreographer will not end a session unless both gymnast and choreographer are confident in the session’s results.
Session includes: Choreography Creation, Teaching of Choreography, Notes, Timing Skeleton, and Video Tutorial (client provides tape) Discounts incur for groups of 5 or more.

Touch Ups:
Precision will touch up WAG and MAG FX, WAG BB, GG, RG, and SA routines.  Sometimes it may mean cleaning and sprucing up, sometimes it may mean reworking movement/choreography.

Weekend Workshop:
Precision will spend up to 2 days working with any and all levels of your team in an intense workshop-atmosphere to introduce, drill, and explore a combination of the WORKSHOP TOPICS (listed below)

PLEASE NOTE: When combining services, discounts will incur.

Your floor routine should express your personal style and accentuate your strengths. Your music is custom tailored to YOU. (PC prefers not to use "stock" music, but will do so upon request). Precision Choreography has access to multiple composers, guaranteeing you to turn heads the second the music starts- and when the movement begins, well...you'll be incomparable!   Balance Beam routines fall under the exact same standards, except, obviously without the music. Believe it or not, you can express yourself and be creative on a 4 inch balance beam too! Precision Choreography is 100% up to date with the J.O Code of Points, and clinics are attended regularly to "get inside the judges minds." LEVELS 7 and up.
