I am a Junior at the University of GA. We have won Nationals 4 yrs in a row and along with this years' win hosted in our arena in Athens, Ga, my teammate Grace Taylor won Beam and I won Floor.  I have wanted to be a choreographer since I went to GAGE, because of my coach Armine Barutyan Fong.  She is my role model and who I have looked up to for many many years. She is the most amazing choreographer in my life and in the world, I was so blessed to be coached by her. She taught me so much and I hope to carry it out in my gymnastics the next few years and hopefully for the girls that I choreograph for.  I help with my teammates choreography here at UGA and in the summer I travel to camps and gyms to work with gymnasts and choreograph while I am there.  We have an incredible facility here and whenever I get a chance I go into the gym for as many hours it takes me to get exhausted from dancing.  I like hip-hop a lot and teach the girls a lot of dances I make up in my free time. My sister has been a huge inspiration to me and I look up to her in so many ways she doesn't even know!  I am obsessed with every kind of music and have learned a lot of musicality from her.   Someday I hope to choreograph all over the world and maybe even have a dance and gymnastics studio in LA!
Thanks so much Nicole for this incredible opportunity!!

Natalie Briggs, Gymnastics Choreographer

I had been a gymnast since the age of three. When I
was about nine years old, I progressed to competitive
gymnastics where I met Nicole. I have been working
with her ever since, whether it be through gymnastics
or choreography. By spending endless hours with Nicole,
I've acquired a taste, and probably a little more, for choreography.
Although I will be traveling to study abroad next year in Spain,
I hope to keep in touch with her as much as possible and maybe
“webcam” her with new ideas that I think up of while strolling on
the shores of the Nova Mar Bella Beach. As of now, I am studying
the art of Aerial Work, which includes practicing the trapeze and aerial
tissue. The exotic and extravagant gestures and motions that are created
while suspended 40 feet above ground, establishes a whole new tangent
of choreography and movement that is almost unconventional.
I hope to study more about choreography in college as well as kinethesiology
and other fields that involves body movement.
(Natalie's first floor routine under Precision earned the
State Championship Title with a 9.5.)
