2008 NCAA Floor Champion

I am a Junior at the University of GA. We have won Nationals 4 yrs in a row and along with this years' win hosted in our arena in Athens, Ga, my teammate Grace Taylor won Beam and I won Floor.  I have wanted to be a choreographer since I went to GAGE, because of my coach Armine Barutyan Fong.  She is my role model and who I have looked up to for many many years. She is the most amazing choreographer in my life and in the world, I was so blessed to be coached by her. She taught me so much and I hope to carry it out in my gymnastics the next few years and hopefully for the girls that I choreograph for.  I help with my teammates choreography here at UGA and in the summer I travel to camps and gyms to work with gymnasts and choreograph while I am there.  We have an incredible facility here and whenever I get a chance I go into the gym for as many hours it takes me to get exhausted from dancing.  I like hip-hop a lot and teach the girls a lot of dances I make up in my free time. My sister has been a huge inspiration to me and I look up to her in so many ways she doesn't even know!  I am obsessed with every kind of music and have learned a lot of musicality from her.   Someday I hope to choreograph all over the world and maybe even have a dance and gymnastics studio in LA!
Thanks so much Nicole for this incredible opportunity!!

Heather Lauren Olson is best known for her role of Jan Spears,
the self centered, trouble making, obnoxious, valley girl that she
played for five years on NBC's number one daytime drama,
"Days of Our Lives".
Born in San Jose, California, Heather started modeling and doing
commercials at the age of 2 1/2.  A top fashion model saw Heather
and suggested to her parents that she should pursue modeling.
Heather landed an agent in San Francisco and soon booked her first
professional modeling job, a cover for a Christmas catalog.
Immediately Heather took to the camera and became San Francisco's
top child model. Appearing on countless covers, catalogs, greeting
cards, toy packages, commercials, adds in Vogue and Elle magazines,
fashion shows, and clothing hang tags.
Jessica McClintock children's dresses still have a picture of a very
young Heather on the hang tag.
After three years of doing commercials and print work Heather wanted
to try acting. "Talking is more fun then standing still", she said.
So Heather got an agent in Los Angeles and her family would periodically
commute, for her auditions.
Soon Heather got a McDonalds commercial,a role in "Internal Affairs"
playing Richard Gere's stepdaughter, music videos for Julian Lennon and
Don Henley's "Heart of the Matter." Finally when Heather was almost 8,
her family decided to move to Southern California.
Heather added more national commercials to her credits for Fisher Price,
Mattel,Kraft, and McDonald's to name a few.  Also adding guest appearances
to her resume including "Quantum Leap," "Days of Our Lives"
(playing a young Lisa Rinna), "Star Trek: Next Generation," "Good Advice,"
"Charlie Grace," "Sisters" (playing a young Ashley Judd), "Suddenly Susan,"
a series regular on both "Tom Rhodes" and the HBO pilot "Another Shot" with
Seth Green. Movies of the week include "Lies of the Heart" with Jennie Garth,
"Amelia Earhart" with Diane Keaton, "The Texas Cheerleader Story" with
Leslie Ann Warren and playing a young Elizabeth Taylor in the mini series
"The Liz Taylor Story."  Feature films include "Internal Affairs" and
"Leave it to Beaver."
After Heather was a contract player for five years on the soap opera
"Days Of Our Lives, she decided to pursue a career in childcare. Heather was
employed as a professional nanny and working with kids become her passion.

Heather is now pursuing her dream of positively influencing the lives of young
children at Golden State Gymnastics, where she is a Program Director and teacher.

Heather’s experience as a child actor, nanny and gymnastics coach have made her
very sensitive to the individual needs of each child and make her invaluable
as an acting and audition preparedness coach.

Natalie Briggs, Gymnastics Choreographer

Natalie has been with Precision for four years now. A former gymnast of
Nicole’s, Natalie spent an endless amount of hours training with Nicole
and eventually acquired a taste, and probably a little more, for
choreography. She also studies the art of Aerial Work, which includes
practicing the trapeze and aerial tissue. The exotic and extravagant
gestures and motions exhibited while suspended 40 feet above ground,
establishes a whole new tangent of choreography and movement that is
unconventional. Natalie also studied jazz, hip-hop, and ballet
while she studied abroad in Barcelona, Spain, that allows her to branch
off into new areas of movement and it is also a major influence for her
choreography. Natalie plans to study choreography through school, and
minor in dance movement or kinesthesiology. (Natalie's first floor
routine under Precision earned the
State Championship Title with a 9.5.)

Monserrat Cruz, Assistant to Owner

I am a graduate of the University of La Verne with a major of Business Administration and emphasis in Marketing. My academic success granted me recognition on the Dean’s List in the Fall of 2009. My education and hands-on experience has provided a strong foundation in marketing, economics, critical thinking, management and leadership

I have a passion for event planning and enjoy working in a demanding, fast paced environment and meet challenges with enthusiasm, an open mind, a positive outlook, and with focused attention to detail. A history of work experience in the field including Internships with the La Verne Chamber of Commerce in Marketing and Event Planning, Assistant to the Alumni Relations Event Coordinator at the University of La Verne as well as my extensive involvement on campus has provided an excellent opportunity to develop skills in event planning. During this time, I coordinated and executed an annual ball for 150 guests on a very low budget. I have learned to be decisive and to strategically and effectively implement decisions. I have also gained event management skills which require knowledge of planning, budgeting, cost control and goal setting. In addition, the three years of work experience with Sam’s Club have helped me learn and apply sales and networking skills at a variety of business locations and at trade shows.

I also enjoy community involvement and have served as a Mentor for Middle School and High School students trying to get into college with the Master’s Academy program provided by the University of La Verne. I have volunteered my time with Hands on Inland Empire Recreation Center for Children and helped raise money for the National Kidney Foundation.

Thank you Nicole for this amazing opportunity! It is a blessing to be able to work so closely with such a talented individual.

Jordan Goldberg, Gymnastics Choreographer

As a Junior at the University of California, Berkeley, I have maintained
an extreme passion for the beauty of gymnastics. I spent fourteen years of
my life mastering the sport and competing in competitions around the
country. Unable to continue in college, I find great joy, accomplishment
and pride in the creation of competitive routines for current competitive
gymnasts around the country! Through the creation of these routines, I am
able to transfer the joy I received from the sport to someone else. I owe
my ability to choreograph to the expertise of my coach, Nicole Langevin.
Thanks to Nicole, I was able to win first place on floor at the 2009 level
9 state championships. Through Nicole's patience and motivation I have
adopted her mastery of movement and have added my own energy and flare,
which has made me a successful choreographer at Precision Choreography
.
